De series van Mike Flanagan zijn altijd de beste geweest, en het zijn gotische literatuur met familiedrama. Dat is de erfenis van The Haunting of Hill House (2018) en Midnight Mass (2025). Met The Midnight Club, het nieuwe Netflix-origineel van Flanagan, was het toch een genot om ernaar te kijken.
